can I amend an order?

Once your order has been placed and confirmed we may not be able to make amendments to your order. However, please contact our team at hello@thebleachedit.com so we can assist further.

is tracking available on my order?

Tracking on all orders will be available via the auspost app and website. once we have received your order we will confirm this tracking number for you. if you have any issues with this, please contact our team at hello@thebleachedit.com

My parcel is missing, what do i do?

If you have a parcel coming from the bleach edit that you have not yet received, please contact our team so we can look further into this for you.

If you have placed a return and the parcel goes missing, the belach edit does not take any responsibility for this missing item and can not process a return until we receive the items.

I think my item may be faulty, what do i do?

For any faulty items, please connect the bleach edit team within the returns period.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently our items are only available to our australian customers, however we are working launching internationally… stay tuned.
